Green Bay Packers

Aaron Rodgers. Aaron Rodgers. Aaron Rodgers. The two-time Most Valuable Player and Super Bowl champion is currently the best player in the sport, so in spite of Rodgers playing of arguably the league’s most talented team, this was no contest. Consider that Rodgers throws constantly, and hasn’t been intercepted at Lambeau Field since 2012.

Rodgers is the perfect quarterback. He leads the team, he throws accurately while on the move, he can escape from the pocket and he has both accuracy and a cannon for an arm. If you were to put a quarterback together from scratch, you would build Rodgers and stop.

Honorable mention: Clay Matthews Jr., Jordy Nelson

Minnesota Vikings

Although the Vikings have a better roster than many realize, this has to be Adrian Peterson. Despite missing 15 games last season for his legal problems involving his young son, Peterson is still one of, if not, the best running backs in the game.

Peterson is likely going to the Hall of Fame on the first ballot, rushing for more than 1,000 yards in six of his eight season, including a 2,097-yard campaign in 2012. Peterson will make Teddy Bridgewater’s life much easier, with teams stacking the box to slow him down.
