3. Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia is a perpetually angry city. Why? Because the 76ers and Flyers stink, the Phillies are looking to lose 100 games with 15 players that could quality for an AARP discount, and the Eagles have not win a championship since 1960. However, the Eagles brought in head coach Chip Kelly two years ago, and people became insanely excited.

Kelly delivered over the first two campaigns, winning 10 games in each along with the 2013 NFC East title. Philadelphia expects more of the same in 2015, but it is in for a rude awakening. The Eagles decided to take TNT to their roster for some reason, with Kelly taking over personnel decisions from Howie Roseman.

Kelly wasted no time this offseason, moving All-Pro running back LeSean McCoy for Kiko Alonso, a middle linebacker whom Kelly once coached at the University of Oregon. Also, Alonso is coming off a torn ACL. Kelly then dealt Nick Foles and a 2016 second-round pick for Sam Bradford, who is coming off a pair of torn ACLs. The master then allowed Jeremy Maclin, Todd Herremans, Evan Mathis and Trent Cole to leave.

Yet, Philadelphia fans are thinking Super Bowl in many corners. Good luck.
