2. Buffalo Bills

I genuinely hate writing this section, because the Bills fans are some of the best in the league. The team has not made the playoffs since 1999, the longest active drought in the NFL, and yet the people show up in the brutally cold weather. The fans really deserve a winner, and this season actually has a very good team with one major problem; the quarterback.

Buffalo did a heck of a job retooling the roster this offseason after head coach Doug Marrone shockingly used his opt-out clause on New Year’s Eve. Rex Ryan replaced Marrone and began seeing a transformation of the team, with Matt Cassel and LeSean McCoy coming over via trade. In free agency, general manager Doug Whaley signed Richie Incognito, Percy Harvin and Charles Clay.

All of this has Buffalo fans dreaming of a playoff run, but it is extremely unlikely. If the Bills even had a decent quarterback, this is an 11-win team. Unfortunately, this might be the worst quarterback situation in the league with Cassel, Tyrod Taylor and EJ Manuel competing to start. Ugh.
