118.
They were the best team of the late 90s that never won a single thing. Jazz fans still curse Michael Jordan’s name to this day for denying those late decade teams the title they might have otherwise won. John Stockton and Karl Malone were a killer duo, but there have been other Jazz stars in the past who have managed to make the franchise special.

Pistol Pete, Mehmet Okur and others are a big part of the Jazz franchise both old and recent. Roll all these pieces together and Utah might have a roster that can finally top the Bulls.

<span style=. 1974 - Present. Western Conference. Uath Jazz. 29. player

Utah Jazz. JOHN STOCKTON. PG. John Stockton was one of the best point guards of his time, but he was always overshadowed in his career by Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. Stockton would be regarded so much more highly if he had won a title, but putting him in a back court with Pistol Pete could be a key to success he needs.. Point Guard

Utah Jazz. PETE MARAVICH. SG. Pistol Pete is one of the most iconic sports figures of all-time, not just in basketball. Not only is his story off the court amazing, but he has the type of offensive production that the Jazz needed in the Malone-Stockton years. Putting him in the same back court as Stockton is dangerous to try and defend against. . Shooting Guard

Dantley has bounced around a few places in his career, and just like he produced in Detroit, he was a stud in Utah. Adding him into a lineup like this makes him even more effective as the offensive production of the back court frees up Dantley to lock down on defense while also finding lanes to drive through.. Small Forward. Utah Jazz. ADRIAN DANTLEY. SF

PF. The Mailman doesn’t deliver on Sunday is something that is going to haunt Malone for the rest of his life. But had he been in a lineup with Pistol Pete and Mehmet Okur, the balance between missing offense and locked down defense could finally get Malone the title that eluded him his whole career.. Power Forward. Utah Jazz. KARL MALONE

C. He was never a part of a winner in Utah, but that never stopped him from being an absolute monster down low. He was a rebounding machine, and had he been on one of those Jazz teams against the Bulls in the NBA Finals, things might have ended a little bit differently. There’s no guarantee, but the prowess of a big man like Okur is something that takes the Jazz all-time roster to another level. . Center. Utah Jazz. MEHMET OKUR
