NBA: Power ranking the 30 best uniforms of all-time

Philadelphia 76ers. 22. player. 93. <p>The 76ers are one of a handful of teams to have gone back to a neo-retro look with their current uniforms, but the Allen Iverson era jerseys they rocked in the 90s and into the 2000s remain a staple of that era in the NBA’s history.</p> <p>It’s not that they stand out as uniforms you deem iconic because of tradition, but you just associate these with the late 90s and the early 2000s era of basketball. Seeing AI fly around the court wearing this, or seeing at least one or two kids at your school sporting it engrained this uniform in out subconscious and it has never left.</p> <p>They’re not particularly sexy uniforms, but you just can’t help but love the way the black and red work with the fat logo over the front of the uniforms. It’s so far removed from what the Sixers ever had or ever will wear, which might be why it all plays so well. It’s another case of nostalgia working in favor of a uniform that wasn’t remarkable at the time, but has left an impression on us now that it’s out of rotation in the NBA.  </p>. Road. 1997-2009
