Golf is all about prestige, so when you show up in shark pants like Billy Horsechel, you’re going to turn some heads. 

For years, the game of golf has been all about prestige and class — something that hasn’t changed much over the years. But in recent years, and throughout the course of history, the game has seen some characters who are willing to go against the grain and be outlandish with their fashion.

Currently, John Daly and Rickie Fowler own the title for most colorfully dressed golfers, but Billy Horsechel is giving them a run for their money.

Before the final round at Whistling Straits, Horsechel tweeted out a preview of his outfit, which was punctuated by shark design pants that need to be seen and are impossible to do justice otherwise.

There are crazy outfits you can wear to the PGA Championship and then there are these. Somewhere, John Daly and Rickie Fowler are blushing.

You can’t get mad when you see creativity like this in golf, as it’s a welcomed change up to the way things are. There’s no need for us to do away with the dress code of golf, but there’s also no need to get overbearing about a dude who just wants to rock the shark pants with pride.
