16. Cris Carter

Cris Carter is one of the best wide receivers in NFL history, really honing his craft with the Minnesota Vikings. Carter was also a part of one of the most impressive wide receiver duos in NFL history when he lined up across from Randy Moss.

Carter’s 1,101 career receptions and 130 touchdowns placed him second in NFL history books behind only the legendary Jerry Rice. Since his retirement he has been bumped further down the list however. Carter’s 13,899 yards is currently the tenth best mark in NFL history.

Carter dominates the Vikings record books in all those categories however.

Carter was a eight-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro, twice on the first team and once on the second tem.

Carter reached the NFC Championship Game twice with the Vikings, once in 1998 and once in 2000. Both times the Vikings came up short, failing to reach the Super Bowl.

In 2013 the NFL finally gave Carter the long overdue honor of being enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
