15. Terrell Owens

Terrell Owens was a dynamic wide receiver who had the ability to make plays and score touchdowns. Owens antics on the field sometimes made him a bigger headache than his on-field production was worth and he developed a reputation as a locker room cancer and consequently bounced around the league.

But none of that can overshadow the impact on the records book that Owens has had. Over the course of his career, Owens had 15,934 career receiving yards, a mark that is second best in NFL history, behind only Jerry Rice. Owens also scored 153 receiving touchdowns, a mark that ranks third in NFL history behind only Rice and Randy Moss. Owen’s 1,078 career receptions is the sixth best mark in NFL history.

Owens was a six-time Pro Bowler and named a First Team All-Pro five different times. Owens also led the league in receiving on three different occassions.

Owens closest chance at a Vince Lombardi Trophy came in 2004 when he was playing with the Philadelphia Eagles alongside Donovan McNabb. The Eagles would go on to lose the game to the New England Patriots, who were in the midst of a dynasty run.
