Reuben Randle-New York Giants

While Odell Beckham Jr. rightfully gets all the fantasy football WR attention in New York, there should be enough passing going on in Eli’s West Coast attack that multiple Giants receivers could carry value. The question is which Giants’ receiver can stay healthy.

Last year, Victor Cruz disappointed his owners before a patellar tendon rupture which limited him to just six games last year and one salsa dance in the end zone. Cruz is reportedly healthy, but is listed as the team’s third WR on the depth chart. While he’s sure to get his share of looks, his health is still a concern heading into the season.

Randle was trending toward starting opposite Beckham and was higher on this list before he sustained his own injury in the Giants preseason game.  He is dealing with knee tendinitis which isn’t expected to be a long-term issue, but it is worth monitoring.

The Giants will play most of the season with three WR, so Randle will be on the field most of the time.  Depending on how involved he is, he’ll be a fringe fantasy football WR most of the season with the upside to really produce if Cruz is less injury-free than his owners and the Giants are hoping.
