4. Indianapolis Colts at Buffalo Bills

This should be a good test for both teams in the season opener. The Colts are expected to reach the Super Bowl for the first time in the Andrew Luck era, after falling in the AFC Championship game last season. Luck has an extremely high-powered attack on offense with the newly-acquired Frank Gore and Andre Johnson to go along with Coby Fleener, T.Y. Hilton and Dwayne Allen.

However, the Colts will be facing one of the best defenses in the NFL in Buffalo. The Bills have a brutal front four, albeit with Marcell Dareus suspended for this contest. Buffalo is always one of the hardest places to play for opposing teams, and Indianapolis is not blessed with a great offensive line. Bills head coach Rex Ryan is a master at changing up defenses and bringing unique blitzes, something Luck needs to prepare for.

The Bills also get to see the debut of Tyrod Taylor. Taylor has not been the leader of a team since his days at Virginia Tech. Can Taylor take a team with high expectations and bring it to its first playoff berth since 1999, back in the days of Doug Flutie and Rob Johnson. Taylor has some skill players to work with, especially if LeSean McCoy can overcome his hamstring injury.
