Jameis Winston is not off to a hot start in his NFL career and was promptly booed off the field at the end of the first half.

Heading into the first week of the season, it was predicted that Jameis Winston would be the better quarterback of the 2015 NFL Draft. Instead, Marcus Mariota is having that spectacular debut while Winston struggles to look anything like the prospect he was gussied up to be this preseason.
There’s a little to like about Winston’s potential and Mariota is playing against the Buccaneers who make everyone look good. But so far it’s been a typical start to the Bucs season and fans are surprisingly already sick of what they’re seeing.
Just soak in the sights and sounds of another depressing year for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
This is what happens when you get younger but still manage to get atrociously worse. It’s hard to be as bad as the BUcs have been in years past, but in the first game of what was supposed to a season of laying a new foundation, the team has managed to make all six fans at Raymond James Stadium ready for the offseason already.
Don’t tell Lovie Smith about this though, it’ll spoil him soaking it in by starring at the video board later in the game.
