WR Duds

Andre Johnson-Indianapolis Colts: Johnson has still not gotten into the flow of the offense with his new team and didn’t get anything at all against the Titans this week.  Johnson was targeted just once but finished with no catches for no yards.

Terrance Williams-Dallas Cowboys: The Dallas offense didn’t involve the wide receivers hardly at all this week and Terrance Williams felt that the most.  He didn’t catch either of the two passes that were thrown his way finishing with the dreaded collar and finishing with absolutely nothing.

Torrey Smith-San Francisco 49ers: Smith couldn’t build on his big week last week when he went for 120 yards and a touchdown against the Steelers. This week against Arizona, Smith was held catchless on two targets finishing alongside Johnson and Williams with a zero for production.

Charles Johnson-Minnesota Vikings: Johnson continues to do nothing in the Vikings’ passing game and only caught one pass for nine yards this week.

Sammy Watkins-Buffalo Bills: Watkins left the Bills’ win with a calf injury and didn’t return after just one catch for 39 yards.  The game was decided at that point, so it’s hard to know his prognosis for the coming weeks, but he let his owners down this week once again.

Jordan Matthews-Philadelphia Eagles: Matthews did have six catches while working against Darelle Revis on Sunday but only totaled 49 yards. It’s not shocking he had a down game in this matchup, but the Eagles still found a way to win. I think he’ll bounce back just fine next week.
