No. 15 Oklahoma (-7) over No. 23 West Virginia

If you can get 7, take Oklahoma. If you can’t, take West Virginia. Simple, right? To be honest, this is a “stay away” game for me, because the Sooners almost always are. Bob Stoops’ team is extremely tough to read at this point, seeing as they are undefeated but always appear on the brink of implosion. If I believed more in West Virginia, this would be an easy pick to take the underdog, but sitting on the sidelines would be my official recommendation.

No. 14 Texas A&M (-6.5) over No. 21 Mississippi State

I’m all in on A&M. This season’s edition of the Aggies actually sports a quality defense, and the crew led by Myles Garrett should be in the face of Dak Prescott throughout the night. If this line moves above a touchdown, I would certainly hold off based on value, but Kevin Sumlin’s team has firepower than the Bulldogs simply can’t match, and I’ve been thoroughly unimpressed by Mississippi State this season on the whole.

Wake Forest (+19.5) over No. 11 Florida State

No one is going to like Wake Forest in this spot because … they are Wake Forest. Still, I would make this line somewhere in the 17 range, and that means I’m taking the underdog at home. Florida State has struggled mightily as a big favorite this season, causing handicappers to pull their hair out, and Wake Forest’s defense is more than capable of keeping this one respectable. I can’t imagine laying the points, so if you don’t trust Wake, stay away.
