San Francisco 49ers (+9) over Green Bay Packers

Playing against Aaron Rodgers in Lambeau Field right now is borderline unfair. That belief leads to the Packers becoming overvalued, however, as Green Bay is now laying close to double digits against the 49ers.

Keep in mind that San Francisco has looked awful since an impressive debut in Week 1, and the line makes more sense, but it is still more than enough candy for me. Much like some previous games, the Packers are getting all of the attention (88% of the action via Vegas Insider), but the line is actually falling in the direction of San Francisco, indicating that the sharp money is on the Niners. St. Louis Rams (+7) over Arizona Cardinals

Arizona has been incredible during a 3-0 start, and this week has been littered with chatter about the Cardinals joining the ranks of the elite. At the same time, St. Louis was horrid in losing to a Ben Roethlisberger-less Steelers team a week ago, generating a scenario in which you’re getting a full touchdown in a division game.

The Rams may be bad on offense with Nick Foles, but they have arguably the best defensive line in football, and getting pressure on Carson Palmer could prove to be the difference here. I’m not picking the Rams outright because, well, that would be crazy, but this line is probably a point or two high, and that value is enough to get me on board.
