RB Duds

Eddie Lacy-Green Bay Packers: Lacy only managed 27 yards on his 13 carries on Sunday against the Rams and added eight yards on his one reception. This week, he should be lined up for a bounce back against the Chargers, so stay patient-he’s still the top back in Aaron Rodgers’ prolific offense.

Jeremy Hill-Cincinnati Bengals: Hill continued his disappointing season in fantasy football week 5.  Except for a three-TD performance last week, Hill has struggled this year and only managed 13 yards on eight carries against Seattle.  He was out-touched 20-9 by Gio Bernard and is losing ground in his timeshare although he does retain goal line duties.

Alfred Morris-Washington Redskins: Morris is losing time in his timeshare too and only finished with eight carries for 15 yards on Sunday against the Falcons.  Matt Jones got three more carries and tow more targets while Chris Thompson is also starting to steal some time in the Washington backfield leaving less and less for Morris.

C.J. Anderson-Denver Broncos: Anderson continues to struggle this season finding little running room on his way to 22 yards on 11 carries.  He did add 18 yards on a pair of catches, but his owners are still extremely disappointed in his performance.

Ronnie Hillman-Denver Broncos: Anderson’s teammate Ronnie Hillman didn’t fare much better managing 21 yards on his seven carries.  Neither back found the end zone and both will be hard to start until the Bronco’s offense gets things turned around.

Ameer Abdullah-Detroit Lions: Abdullah struggled again for the Lions with just 17 yards on his six carries and nine yards on his one reception.   The Detroit offense is a train wreck right now and even players with upside like Abdullah are being held back.

C.J. Spiller-New Orleans Saints: Last week’s hero, Spiller only had three carries for ten yards and three catches for -8 yards in the Saints loss this week.  His infrequent touches will keep him from being a reliable fantasy option for has long as Mark Ingram is around.
