High Value Wide Receivers

John Brown (5,500): Brown and the Cardinals’ passing attack are in a great matchup against the Ravens, and Brown is also coming off his best game of his career in which he hauled in ten passes for 196 yards. He has at least 70 yards in each of the last three games and is in a good matchup against a struggling Baltimore secondary making him my favorite option in this price range.

Martavis Bryant (4,700): Bryant burst back onto the scene in his first game active last week hauling in a pair of touchdown passes from Landry Jones and finishing with 137 yards and six catches.  This week, he and the Steelers take on the Chiefs who have been the best matchup in the NFL for opposing WR. Bryant may not totally go of again like he did last week, but he has huge upside and should be able to produce whether Jones gets another start or Big Ben returns.

Willie Snead (4,300): The Saints weren’t on the  board for Sunday competitions last week on DraftKings since they played Thursday against the Falcons.  It was a weird game for New Orleans as they fed the ball to veteran tight end Ben Watson leaving just four catches for 55 yards for Snead.  He has at leas four catches for 44 yards in five straight games, and I expect the Saints will have to go back to their receivers this week against the Colts.  Drew Brees spreads around his targets, but Snead is definitely involved enough to be a nice value in the low 4K range.

Stefon Diggs (4,200): Diggs has looked exceptional in his two NFL games catching six passes for 87 yards against the Broncos in week 4 and following that up with seven catches for 129 against the Chiefs on Sunday. He got the start on Sunday and was Teddy Bridgewater’s go-to option.  Look for him to keep producing as the Vikings head to Detroit this week to take on the 1-5 Lions.

Jamison Crowder (3,700): It doesn’t look like DeSean Jackson is returning any time soon which should leave plenty of targets for Crowder as Washington hosts the Bucs.  Crowder was targeted nine times last week in a tough matchup against the Jets finishing with a team-high 40 yards on his four catches.  Since the matchup is much better this week, look for Crowder to turn in a much more fantasy-friendly line against Tampa.

Ted Ginn Jr. (3,300): Ginn hasn’t done much the past few weeks, but he remains the second-leading receiver on the Panthers behind only tight end Greg Olsen.  He should find more room to operate this week against the Eagles after finishing with just one catch against the Seahawks last week in Seattle.

Josh Huff (3,200): Another option from the Sunday Night Football game, Huff could get more work this week if Nelson Agholor and Riley Cooper are both out this week for Phily.  Huff had three catches for 19 yards last week after his big week 5 in which he caught four passes for 78 yards and a touchdown.  He’s a risky play in the Eagles offense that spreads the ball around, but if injuries reduce the options, Huff could be lined up for more enough action to make him an option even in a tough matchup against the Panthers.

Nate Washington (3,000): My favorite bottom-priced option for DraftKings week 7 is Washington who is on track to return this week for the Texans.  Washington had 105 yards in week one and followed that with a pair of games over 40 yards before a hamstring injury forced him to the sideline.  If he does return this week, he’ll likely start opposite DeAndre Hopkins since Cecil Shorts has already been ruled out.

Week 6 picks: Allen Robinson, John Brown, Anquan Boldin, Marquess Wilson, Stefon Diggs, Ty Montgomery, Keshawn Martin, DeVante Parker
