Jamison Crowder-Washington Redskins

For the sixth week in a row, DeSean Jackson will again be sidelined for Washington as they take the field today.  Tight end Jordan Reed is expected to return and will definitely soak up some targets, but rookie Jamison Crowder will still be very involved and is one of the better wide receiver sleepers for week 7 if you can’t quite afford Diggs and Matthews.

Crowder didn’t have a monster game last week against the Jets’ solid secondary, but he did lead the team in targets and receiving yards finishing with just 40 yards on four catches.  QB Kirk Cousins failed to get much going, but this week he should be able to find more room and time to create plays as Washington hosts Tampa Bay.

The Bucs have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers and game up three WR touchdowns in their last game before their bye week.  Despite emerging as a serious weapon in Washington’s arsenal,  Crowder is still very cheap on DraftKings (3,700) and affordable on FanDuel as well (5,800). Crowder is still only owned in 11% of ESPN leagues as well, so he’s a viable plug-and-play option this week especially in PPR leagues as he looks to take advantage of a good matchup.
