The New York Mets’ bats are really starting to come alive and on Saturday night, it is Michael Conforto getting the job done

The New York Mets did not get off to a good start in the World Series, dropping the first two games of the series in Kansas City. This left them in quite a bit of a hole, but on Friday they started to dig themselves out by getting the win in Game 3. In Game 4, they’re looking like the NL Champs that we know once again, especially Michael Conforto.

In the bottom of the third inning, Conforto would launch this bomb to right field to give the Mets the early 1-0 lead.

However, he wasn’t done here.

No, Conforto would strike once again against the Royals, launching this one in the bottom of the fifth inning to extend the lead a little more.

This is how the New York Mets got to this point, with the power of the bats. Unfortunately for the Royals, it seems as if those bats are coming alive back in New York. And we know what happens when this team gets hot at the plate.
