WR Sleepers

Tavon Austin-St. Louis Rams: Austin had a pair of touchdowns and was one of my fantasy sleepers  who came through.  Austin’s two touchdowns came uniquely-one on the ground on his three carries for 21 yards and one on his 98 yards receiving on four catches.

Malcom Floyd-San Diego Chargers: Floyd had a pair of touchdowns as well but both came through the air as he was more involved in the San Diego attack after an injury to Keenan Allen.  Floyd finished with 92 yards on his four catches, and if Allen misses time going forward Floyd will be an excellent play.

Willie Snead-New Orleans Saints: Snead hauled in two of Drew Brees’ record seven touchdowns as part of a big day for all of the Saints attack.  He finished with 76 yards on his seven catches and continues to be a very nice sleeper whenever the Saints offense is working.

Marques Colston-New Orleans Saints: Colston had a throwback day with Drew Brees going off for 114 yards and a touchdown on his eight catches.  Colston had been fading away and hadn’t and more than four catches all season, but for at least one week he was back to his fantasy-star self.

Michael Floyd-Arizona Cardinals: Floyd was my top fantasy sleeper on Sunday morning and he came through with 106 yards on his four catches.  He got into the end zone for the third straight week and will be an interesting play coming off the Cardinals bye next week.

Michael Crabtree-Oakland Raiders: Crabtree overcame a bad matchup against the Jets with 102 yards and a touchdown on his seven catches.  He’s putting together a nice year in Oakland after being stuck in the run-first attack on the other side of the the bay.

Stefon Diggs-Minnesota Vikings: Diggs continued his emergence as a nice fantasy weapon and the top receiver in Teddy Bridgewater’s attack with six catches for 95 yards and a touchdown. He started this game slow, but his final stat line keeps him as a nice play going forward.

Brian Hartline-Cleveland Browns: Hartline was targeted a massive ten times in the Browns loss, but he only managed to catch four passes.  It’s a good thing for his fantasy prospects that two of those catches were for touchdowns even though he only finished with 32 yards.
