29. Stanford Stadium (Stanford)

Want to enjoy a top-tier college football stadium with the utmost comfortability? Look no further than the home of the Stanford Cardinal, Stanford Stadium. You guessed it, the stadium is located in Stanford, California.

Besides being a two-level stadium all the way around, likely leaving opposing players with a feeling of discomfort as Cardinal fans are seemingly on top of them, this stadium looks much larger than the 50,000 that it actually seats.

Due to a number of obstructed view seats, Stanford actually removed over 30,000 fans from its capacity. Going from 85,000-plus to just about 50,000, the 2005 renovations to Stanford Stadium actually made the viewing experience of Cardinal games much more enjoyable for season ticket holders.

The track was removed and the entire stadium was brought up to date with the redesign as it looked much cleaner following the demolition and rebuild.

One of the only stadiums in college football history to lose numbers on its capacity and actually gain some atmospheric upgrades, Stanford Stadium is one of the premier destinations in the Pac-12.

The Stanford band, although quirky, also helps make the experience of game days that much more entertaining as the halftime shows never disappoint.
