2. Rose Bowl (UCLA)

I’m going to say it, the UCLA Bruins might be one of the luckiest teams in college football. No, I don’t hold a personal grudge against the Bruins, but this team gets to play at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena every home game.

Sure, they have to travel 26 miles from campus to play this home game in the fall, but that is a small price to pay for such an incredible atmosphere in one of the most coveted stadiums in the United States.

The Rose Bowl is the home to the actual postseason game with the same name at the end of the every season and is a sought-after bowl for most teams – well, all teams in the Big Ten and Pac-12.

Pasadena’s crown jewel is considered one of the greatest venues in the sports world and has been the home to the Bruins since 1982. UCLA called Los Angeles Memorial Stadium home before that since 1928. Even traveling to the Coliseum for the team’s biggest road game of the year, it’s only 16 miles away.

Going to games might be a bit of an out-of-the-way task for students who must catch a ride with some buddies, but it’s all the same for the faithful season ticket holders.

The backdrop of amazing mountains and clear blue skies is probably the most beautiful in college football.
