Bennie Fowler-Denver Broncos

Each week in my final slot in my wide receiver sleepers I go with a total flier someone who no one is really buzzing about coming into the week. These players are extremely high risk, but if they hit will give you plenty of respect for playing someone that no one else saw coming.

This week, I’m looking at rookie WR Bennie Fowler of the Denver Broncos.  Fowler has been quietly emerging as the Broncos’ third WR and getting more attention in the basing game than Andre Caldwell and Jordan Norwood. Fowler has multiple catches in three of the last four weeks and had a career-high of 50 receiving yards on four catches back in week 3.

Emmanuel Sanders could be sidelined this week with an ankle injury that has been hurting him all week, and if he is Fowler could see more targets. Fowler is barely on the radar on both DraftKings (3,000) and FanDuel (4,900) and is owned in only 0.1% of ESPN leagues.  He is extremely high-risk, but if Emmanuel Sanders is out you could definitely take a flier on Fowler.
