Devin Funchess-Carolina Panthers

All season the Panthers have been piecing their receiving options together after losing top WR Kelvin Benjamin this preseason.  One player who could step up and is starting to show signs that he may be ready is rookie receiver Devin Funchess what the Panthers took in the second round out of Michigan.

Funchess had his best game of the year two weeks ago against the Packers when he caught three passes for 71 yards and his first NFL touchdown.  He followed that up last week with a two-target, two-catch game totaling 41 yards against the Titans.

This week, Corey Brown is out for Carolina leaving a starting spot open for Funchess to make his first career start against Washington.  Funchess has been inconsistent this season and the Panthers prefer to run the ball, but he should be more involved this week which could definitely make him one of the wide receiver sleepers to benefit from increased chances this Sunday.  Funchess only costs 3,600 on DraftKings and 5,100 on FanDuel, and he can be found on the waiver wire in 90% of ESPN leagues.

Good luck in all your fantasy football games today, and hopefully these wide receiver sleepers can power us all to victory.
