The NBA’s Best Highlights of Week 4
Even though there weren’t as many buzzer beaters as week 3, there’s still plenty of entertainment to look back on.
DeMar DeRozan becomes a dunk of the year candidate
DeRozan has always been able to soar high for dunks, but when he starts throwing it down over Rudy Gobert, it’s even more impressive.
Hassan Whiteside’s triple double
There are very few players in the NBA who have the potential to record a triple double without using assists. Hassan Whiteside is one of them after he blocked 10 shots on Tuesday night.
Rajon Rondo doing what he does best
Rondo has been working out better than expected with the Sacramento Kings, and dropped a season-high 18 assists against the Miami Heat to highlight his play in week 4.
Andre Drummond can’t be stopped in the paint
This dunk may not be on the same level as DeRozan’s, but it still shows how strong Drummond can finish inside.
DeAndre Jordan with the tip-ball assist
The Clippers performance against the Raptors on Sunday night was terrible. So at least Jordan gave fans something to cheer about as he sent a tip-ball down the court to set up a Wesley Johnson dunk.
Avery Bradley gets up
Bradley may be half a foot shorter than Thaddeus Young, but he still rose up to block his dunk attempt.
Stephen Curry gets a taste of his own medicine
Emmanuel Mudiay used this screen perfectly to send Curry in completely the wrong direction.
Next, let’s see how a few of the NBA’s top rookies are doing.
