The Vikings can’t allow Andrew Sendejo to be a starting safety anymore. He’s a liability in coverage and is better suited to special teams or a reserve role. Greenway’s inevitable retirement opens up a need at linebacker and Brandon Fusco is not adjusting well to the move to left guard.

Josh Doctson is on the shortlist of best receivers in college football (alongside the likes of Corey Coleman, Michael Thomas and Laquon Treadwell), and made up one part of one of the best tandems in all of college sports alongside Trevonne Boykin.

At 6’4, 190 pounds, Doctson is a lead wide receiver. He was dinged up over the course of his senior season, so that slight frame might give some general managers pause.

Still, though, the guy is a burner and owns school receiving records at TCU. He exhibits excellent body control when going up to snag a pass, and possesses excellent route-running abilities.
