NFL Mock Draft: Week 13 Wednesday edition

The Ravens’ secondary is atrocious. Former first round pick Jimmy Smith never panned out. Lardarius Webb has never been the same since his knee injury a few seasons back. In a division that has A.J. Green and Antonio Brown, help in the secondary is absolutely imperative.
Jalen Ramsey is the next great player to come out of Florida State University under head coach Jimbo Fisher. A terrifying presence in the defensive backfield, Ramsey has the ability to line up at corner, but settles in nicely at safety.
Ramsey can lay the boom stick whenever needed, and is a human blanket at covering the field. At 6’1 he’s big enough to line up against some of the taller receivers in the league. He also has a nose for the ball – as a freshman and sophomore he totaled nearly a dozen tackles for a loss, from the defensive backfield mind you.
In terms of defensive backs in this draft it’s Ramsey and Vernon Hargreaves III as 1A and 1B in some order. Ramsey will be an immediate stud once in the professional ranks.
