15. Denver Nuggets

The Nuggets mess around a bit to open their on-court video, but when it gets good, it simply gets good. In-game footage mixed with some poses and tasteful effects. Short and sweet.

14. Boston Celtics

It’s fine. There’s just nothing special nor glaringly bad about this one. Only thing that really stands out is Marcus Smart yelling at the end. This only works when the player is genuinely into it, and Smart is. Caps off an otherwise “meh” video well.

13. Brooklyn Nets

Unfortunately, this is a preseason intro video, so it’s definitely changed since. However, there’s a lot to like here — a great blend of Brooklyn sights, game clips and studio stills. The black-and-white is an awesome touch. Plus a Jay Z track to top it all off.

12. Washington Wizards

Another preseason entry, but it’s a solid one. Once the J. Cole beat drops, the visual editing is some of the best on this list. Showing clips through Washington’s basketball logo was a great touch, and the ending shots of the backs of players’ jerseys is intense.

11. Golden State Warriors

Begins with “California Love,” which is a prime example of a staff knowing where their team is located and taking advantage. There’s nothing very innovative, but the editing is applause-worthy in its frantic but immersible pace.
