Ryan Fitzpatrick

Ryan Fitzpatrick has gotten a lot of slack from fans over the years, but all in all, he’s been fairly consistent no matter where he’s been. Whether it be with the Buffalo Bills, Houston Texans, or New York Jets, Fitzpatrick gives it his all for every game, and that’s really respectable, and a great quality to have in a quarterback.

This is going to be a tough player to pry from the Jets’ grasp, as he’s done decently for them this year, and they don’t have many other options to go to under center. He’s started every game for the Jets this year, and already has 20 touchdowns, which is coming very close to his career-high for a single season (24).

Fitzpatrick’s competition percentage could use some work, currently below 60%, but that’s not a terrible competition percentage to have.

Late in the season, Fitzpatrick hasn’t led the Jets to a clear-cut playoff visit, but he’s keeping them in the hunt with a record of 6-5. In Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins, Fitzpatrick threw four touchdowns and no interceptions. Although some think he’s getting rusty with 11 seasons under his belt, it’s clear Fitzpatrick can still produce.
