A Dallas Cowboys fan was stabbed after Dallas’ Monday Night Football win over their NFC East foe in the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field.

The Dallas Cowboys edged out their division rival in the Washington Redskins on Monday Night Football in Week 13 to move to 4-8 on the year, still very much alive in the NFC East division race. While the game was exciting, Redskins fans grew hostile in FedEx Field in the aftermath of the Cowboys’ upset over Washington, resulting in many fights in the concourse including a Cowboys fan who was stabbed.

A different Dallas Cowboys fan took a video of the ensuing chaos on the FedEx Field concourse. Cowboys and Redskins were shoving each other in likely soon-to-be brawls. Many expletives are shouted in the disturbing video. (warning: NSFW)

"Wowwwww. This place is a war zone right now. Fights breaking out everywhere. One dude got stabbed.Posted by Mike Vaughn on Monday, December 7, 2015"

At one point this fan catches another not looking so good, lying on the concrete after getting stabbed. After seeing the hurt Cowboys fan, the man taking the video believes his life is in danger and vigorously exits out of FedEx Field.

Prince George’s County says two people have been arrested for the stabbing incident. The Redskins released the following incident in the aftermath of the stabbing.

“We are aware of an altercation that took place at FedEx Field following Monday’s game. We thank members of the Prince George’s County Police Department who responded promptly to break up the altercation and arrested both men involved. Neither that sustained injuries required hospitalization. We will continue to gather more information on the matter and ensure the safety of all fans at FedEx Field.”

It’s a shame that Cowboys kicker Dan Bailey’s game-winning 54-yard field goal probably sparked the stabbing incident at FedEx Field. Tensions are high for both teams trying to win the down NFC East division, but resulting to physically harming a fan of a rival team with a knife is unsettling to say the least.
