Detroit Lions D/ST (10.3%)

The Lions defense is set up for a few good games coming down the stretch starting with this week as they travel to St. Louis to take on the Rams.  Last week, Detroit played on a short turn around and would have beaten the Packers for the second time this season if they could just defend against a Hail Mary.  They couldn’t and gave up 27 points as a result while forcing a turnover for the second straight week and adding three sacks and 11 tackles for loss.

This week, they’ll have a much better matchup as they take on the Rams who have scored under 20 points in five straight games.  St. Louis fired offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti after scoring just three points last week against the Cardinals. Case Keenum will return  which should be an improvement over Nick Foles, but Keenum only threw for 136 yards in his one start this season.

The Lions follow the Rams this week with matchup against the Saints, 49ers, and the Bears making them a solid streaming play if they can continue to get pressure on the quarterback.  They’ve played much better since a bye week, and are a solid pickup for this week.
