Luke Rockhold and Gian Villante make fun of Conor McGregor’s movement coach.
UFC fans have been getting a behind the scenes peak at UFC 194 through the Embedded series on YouTube. One of the interesting things that has been highlighted throughout the series is interim featherweight champion Conor McGregor’s work with movement coach Ido Portal.

Portal has McGregor going through some unconventional exercises.
After a press conference on Wednesday for UFC 194, middleweight title challenger Luke Rockhold and UFC light heavyweight contender Gian Villante were talking about McGregor and his movement coach and they don’t appear to be fans.
Villante brings up McGregor’s bizarre movements from the beach, a reference to the Embedded series. Then Rockhold begins to impersonate Portal and McGregor’s body roll stretch, which looks more like an outdated dance move.
Rockhold also tells a story about McGregor and his coach doing the movement behind the scenes of the press conference by themselves and paints it as a bizarre scene.
Both seem to agree that McGregor and his movement coach have taken things too far, but if he wins, will mcGregor be influencing other fighters to export non-traditional methods to training and exploring the capabilities of their bodies?
