2. team. 32.
The Arizona Cardinals continue to look like a contender to reach the Super Bowl and perhaps win the franchise’s first National Football League title since the team played in Chicago. The Cardinals are 11-2 and well on their way to the first NFC West division title in Arizona since the days of Anquan Boldin and Kurt Warner.

The Cardinals have one of the most balanced offenses in the league with Carson Palmer at the controls, able to hand off to David Johnson while throwing to Larry Fitzgerald, John Brown and Michael Floyd. The defense is one of the better units in the NFL as well, boasting talents like Dwight Freeney, Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu.

The Cardinals are looking like they will have the second seed in the NFC playoffs, which would give them a BYE week. The rest would be good for this veteran club, getting nice and healthy before the Super Bowl run. Look for Arizona to be right in the thick of it come January, perhaps the strongest challenger to the Carolina Panthers down the stretch. This is the best team this franchise has had since the days of Jim Hart and Co.
. (11-2). Previous: . arizona cardinals
