Notre Dame. Ronnie Stanley. 13. player. 59.
It seems like forever that we’ve been talking about the Miami Dolphins and their offensive line problems. Getting Ronnie Stanley at this spot is great value for them, a total steal in every meaning of the word.

Stanley gets great separation with his 6’6 frame and is often referred to as a “dancing bear.” He’s extremely quick off the line and will be ready and set before the defender even has his hand out of the dirt. Admittedly, Stanley has some mechanical issues to work out. While his size is great, his balance and angles can be out of sync. If he gets too high defenders can push him back and get around him. It’s something he will work hard on heading into his pro day and is easily fixable, especially with the arm length. Regardless, the athleticism, size, and awareness will take him far in the NFL.

Miami penned itself into a corner last offseason when it signed Ryan Tannehill to a monster contract. After what’s been a disappointing season, the Dolphins desperately need to protect their investment. There are significant holes on this team, but shoring up the offensive line is of utmost importance.
. OT
