Odell Beckham Junior dabs in celebration after a huge third down conversion for the New York Giants against the Carolina Panthers.

The Carolina Panthers are an arrogant bunch. Some call them confident, others cocky. Their signature move, the dab, which has been made famous by the MVP candidate, quarterback Cam Newton, is the culmination of their self-assurance, confidence and showmanship. Well now the biggest showman of them all is out to upstage the Panthers at their own game.

After a vital third down conversion on the crucial fourth quarter drive, seven points down, Beckham hauled in a 40 yard reception from Manning, and when he’s finally slammed down by Charles Tillman, he gets up, cocks his head and dabs in true Panthers’ fashion. The NFL’s hottest name has been on fire in recent weeks, and has lit up the league since being drafted last season, and is known for his outlandish celebrations.

With the game on the line, Beckham had been utterly dominated by one Josh Norman. After a touchdown drop in the first quarter, he has been unable to focus on the game, being flagged for three personal fouls, costing his team on multiple occasions. However, after being unnoticed for much of the game, Beckham up at the most important stage to convert a crucial third down with a matter of minutes left on the clock. It was an utterly frustrating game for the NFL’s most electrifying name, however, like the best in any sport, he turned up when things matters most. Get that swag on, Mr Beckham!
