Florida Panthers right wing Jaromir Jagr lost nearly a handful of teeth on Tuesday night, and now he’s asking the man in the red suit for a new set.

Nearly every one of us has either been forced to perform in or been subjected to an awful kindergarten production of All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth.  Sure, it’s cute because of the irony of having a bunch of children sans those Chiclets singing to Santa in order to get them to come in, but it can be painful to watch.

If you’ve never been lucky enough to partake in that moment of utter enjoyment, perhaps just a small sample.

Makes you appreciate how painful it can be as an adult and have to ask Jolly Old Saint Nick wholeheartedly.

Unfortunately, that is exactly the case for Florida Panthers wing Jaromir Jagr, who took a high stick to the mouth during last night’s game against the Ottawa Senators and lost not just his two front teeth, but the two on either side of it as well. Now the 43-year-old NHL legend faces a holiday of trying to eat through a straw. Check out his new look below.

Based on the appearance of the rest of his mouthful, it doesn’t appear as though four will really get the job done and Jagr may be in need of some additional dental work. However, we’ll give him some credit for making the most of the moment here and hitting the humor button hard with this one.

Here’s to hoping Santa brings you everything you want this year Jaromir, and more.
