Here is how you can live stream the game between the San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions online.

The San Francisco 49ers head to the Motor City to take on the Detroit Lions at Ford Field. This is a game only those two fan bases have any interest in watching because there is nothing on the line and both have been atrocious this season.
