Laquon Treadwell. 3. player. 13.
The San Diego Chargers had no intentions of drafting this early in 2016. They suffered multiple injuries on both sides of the ball, losing first-round pick Melvin Gordon, wide receiver Keenan Allen, and cornerback Brandon Flowers. They have an aging quarterback, who played with few offensive weapons one of the worst ranked offensive lines in the league.

All of that became a deadly combination that turned a 9-7 playoff contender into a 4-11 team picking in the top-five of the draft. With the lack of weapons for Phillip Rivers, the Chargers will take a look at offense in the first round. Yes, they need help in run defense, but there will be plenty of leftovers at the start of the second round to pick from. No need to worry about that here. What they need to worry about is an aging Antonio Gates, a retiring Malcom Floyd, and Keenan Allen coming off of a lacerated kidney.

If you have to replace and rebuild your wide receiver corps, Laquon Treadwell is the man to look at. With the size and playmaking ability of Calvin Johnson, Treadwell can reignite Phillip Rivers and the Chargers offense. The Ole Miss wide receiver would be a great addition for a team looking to make a splash this offseason.

Previous Pick: Joey Bosa, DE
. Wide Receiver. Ole Miss
