High Salary SG

Klay Thompson-Golden State Warriors (7,700): Thompson and the Warriors went 1-1 on their road trip without Steph Curry, and their one win came in large part due to Klay Thompson’s big game on  Thursday in Houston. Thompson went 16/27 on his way to 38 points to go with seven boards and a block to total 49.75 fantasy points. Thompson has at least 42 fantasy points in five of his last nine games, and has been an excellent producer for the Warriors except when the whole team came out flat in their loss to Dallas.  Whether Curry is back tonight in Oakland or not, the Warriors will take on a scrappy Denver team that always plays hard and should at least make the Warriors starters play into the fourth quarter.  Thompson is still a little under-priced given his recent run of production and the Nuggets are allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing SG.  Look for a big game from Klay as the Warriors return to ORACLE tonight.

Will Barton-Denver Nuggets (7,300): Barton continues to produce great numbers coming off then bench for Denver and continues to be a regular in my DraftKings daily picks even though he isn’t as much of a value steal as he used to be.  Barton has at least 33 fantasy points in six of his last seven games and had 46.75 fantasy points on Wednesday against the Blazers when he scored 31 points to go with five rebounds, four assists, and a steal.  He has become Denver’s go-to option on offense, and he has played at least 34 minutes in six of his last seven games, so don’t let the fact that he doesn’t start scare you from going with him tonight even against the Warriors.

Khris Middleton-Milwaukee Bucks (6,800): Middleton is still under-priced and has quickly become a regular in my DraftKings daily picks at this spot since he has started heating up for the Bucks.  He has scores at least 20 points in five of his last six games and is still adding solid peripherals as well to help him reach at least 40 fantasy points in four of his last six contests.  Tonight, he’s in a good matchup against the Timberwolves who should allow him to keep his production rolling.  Minnesota has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing SG over their last five games. Middleton is the kind of multi-category producer who will almost always give you something, but when his shot is dialed in like it has been lately look for big things from Middleton again tonight.
