High Salary G

Braden Holtby-Washington Capitals ($8,400): Washington’s winning streak finally came to an end Thursday night with a loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. However, Holtby was on the bench getting a break, so the Washington netminder still has not taken a loss since December 5. He leads the league with 24 wins and has an excellent GAA of 1.90. The Capitals travel to Columbus tonight to take on the Blue Jackets, a team ranked 21st in goals per game average. Pay big for Holtby and expect a good night.

Roberto Luongo-Florida Panthers ($8,200): The Florida Panthers have surged up the standings in the Eastern Conference thanks to a seven-game win streak. Veteran goalie Roberto Luongo has been playing some of the best hockey of his career. He’s posted wins in six straight starts and has a GAA of 2.20. Tonight’s opponent, the Rangers, have been good at scoring goals but Luongo is hot right now.

High Value G

Antti Niemi-Dallas Stars ($7,100): Dallas has yet to confirm a starter for tonights game in New Jersey but Antti Niemi has been outplaying Kari Lehtonen lately. Niemi was sharp against Nashville on Thursday, turning away 33 of 34 shots. The Stars are loaded with offensive firepower and are capable of providing any goalie with plenty of goal support. If Niemi starts tonight, grab him and enjoy the savings.

Karri Ramo-Calgary Flames ($7,100): The Flames have been a bit of a surprise this season and Ramo has been a big reason why. His salary is no longer under $7,000 but he can still be a good value pick given the right matchup. He has faltered in his last two starts but will look to right the ship in Colorado tonight. If you are looking for a sleeper goalie selection target Ramo.
