High Salary LW

Taylor Hall – Edmonton Oilers ($9,400): Hall has slightly cooled off over the last ten games with just seven points in his last ten games. He has been held off the scoresheet in three of his last five games. He’s going against the Carolina Hurricanes tonight, so he could get out of his slight slump against a team with sub-par goaltending. He averages 4.7 fantasy hockey points per game.

Daniel Sedin – Vancouver Canucks ($8,500): Daniel has been a bit cold recently with just six points in his last ten games, including zero points in his last two. However, he’s facing a rookie goaltender tonight in Domingue. The list of rookie goalies the Sedins have made look silly is quite long. He has 37 points in 39 games and averages 4.3 fantasy points per game.

High Value LW

Max Domi – Arizona Coyotes ($5,800): Domi goes against a Canucks team that is among the league’s worst in scoring goals. He’s been a very important part of the Coyotes success so far this season with 28 points in 38 games. He has just five points in his last ten games, but he currently has a two game point streak. He averages 2.7 fantasy points per game.

Kris Versteeg – Carolina Hurricanes ($4,100): Versteeg is a decent fantasy option for his cheap price. He has 22 points so far this season, including five points in his last six games. Going against the Oilers tonight, he’ll likely give you good production at a cheap price. He has 26 shots on goal in his last ten games and averages 2.3 fantasy hockey points per game.

DAILY PICKS: I’m going with Versteeg and Domi because there are better expensive options available at center and right wing. If you’d like to splurge, I recommend going with Daniel Sedin. Rookie goalies probably see him and his brother in their nightmares.
