QB. Michigan State. Connor Cook. 13. player. 54.
With the loss of Chip Kelly, the Philadelphia Eagles seem to be in complete rebuilding mode in a sense. A lot of things with this team are going to change next season with the new regime, and really, the quarterback position should be one of them.

At this spot, in that case, the Eagles would probably be wise to select Connor Cook out of Michigan State to try and mold him into the quarterback of the future for this franchise.

Cook was one of the better signal callers the past four years at the collegiate level, and if there is one thing that we saw, it’s that he has the ability to progress. He seemingly improved more and more year after year, so you know that he can soak it all in and make sure that he’s successful. He can be the face of the fresh start that this organization is looking for after the Chip Kelly era went up in flames.

Not to mention, Sam Bradford showed everyone this past season that he is indeed not the answer, so someone needs to step in under center regardless. Who better than Cook, really, to show the fans in Philadelphia that a new era is on the horizon in the form of the Michigan State product who threw for 9,184 yards with 71 touchdowns in East Lansing?

There aren’t many.
