WR. Pittsburgh. Tyler Boyd. 15. player. 51.
The St. Louis Rams, to some people, were a disappointment this season. They finished at 7-9 on the season and now there are a lot of questions surrounding this squad.

One of those questions really doesn’t center around the defensive side of the ball, as that unit was pretty good. However, they could use some help on offense, and that’s where the “”surprise”” selection of Tyler Boyd comes in.

The last three years at Pittsburgh, Boyd was one of the most explosive players in the entire country. He could do it all on the field. He has some amazing wide receiver skills, and when you need him to step up in the special teams area of the game, he can do that as well. He is simply just a play maker and he can be a weapon the Rams use.

For the most part, Tavon Austin has become too much of a focus in the receiving game so he needs some help. Boyd could come right in and not only give him that help, but give Nick Foles another weapon to get the ball to.

Thinking of a Rams offense with these pieces, and then of course Todd Gurley, might be what it takes to get them over the hump.
