Needless to say, the 2015 season for the Indianapolis Colts, despite the injuries that they suffered through, was really a disappointment. Here was a team that everyone saw as a legitimate Super Bowl contender that finished 8-8 and didn’t make the playoffs.

Now, one of the issues with this team was on the defensive side of the ball, as they really couldn’t stop anyone. So to fix this, you take one of the most recognizable and destructive forces in the college game the last three years, defensive end Robert Nkemdiche.

Of course, there are the off-field issues that have come up as of late, so the Colts will have to do some serious homework here. But if they can somehow get past all of this, then there’s no reason not to add this monster to the defensive line in Indianapolis.

In three years on the defensive line in Oxford, Nkemdiche tallied 81 tackles with 16 of them going for a loss and six sacks. This young man still has a lot of potential left that needs to be exposed, and if he can keep it all together, he can be a force at the next level.

Should a healthy Andrew Luck return to the Colts and the offense starts clicking again, then the defense needs to start holding up their end of the bargain. Nkemdiche could be a big contributor to that.
. DE. Ole Miss. Robert Nkemdiche. 18. player. 46
