31. <p>No one really knew what to expect fully from the New York Giants prior to the season getting underway, but after Sunday, we now know that they were a 6-10 team following their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. This team had their good moments and their bad ones throughout the year, but ultimately 2015 was a disappointment.</p> <p>As they look forward to the 2016 season now, a lot of questions are out there, the biggest of which surrounds the status of head coach Tom Coughlin. Prior to the game getting underway, there were reports that Coughlin would be resigning following the Eagles game either way. Yet, after the game, he vehemently denied those reports, which really shouldn’t surprise anyone that’s known him for all these years. A resignation –or firing– could be coming this week, so that’s something to keep an eye on.</p> <p>The offense was able to get some points up at times, but the defense for the Giants is really the unit that needs some fixing. They finished ranked 30th in points against, which really shows the flaw of this group. One thing that needs to improve going into next season will be the defensive output of the Giants.</p> <p>It was a rough year for Giants fans, who really didn’t see a 6-10 year in the cards.
