16.
Well, now, the first year for the Buffalo Bills under the direction of Rex Ryan was pretty interesting, huh? No, the Bills did not make the playoffs as Ryan had predicted, but he did chalk up a nice personal victory for himself. On Sunday in Week 17 action, Ryan finished 8-8 in his first season in Buffalo with a win over his former team, the New York Jets.

Of course, everyone knows by now that the Jets needed to win that game to get in the playoffs, so you know that Ryan took some solace in this final win for the 2015 season.

While it is disappointing for Bills fans that they won’t get a postseason shot, there were some positives to take away from this season, mainly Tyrod Taylor. Taylor was wildly effective running this offense, which was a nice surprise for the fans in Buffalo.

And of course, with Ryan heading up the ship, the Buffalo defense shined throughout the year at times as well.

Now, the focus turns to 2016 with the Bills’ season coming to an end, and again, there were signs this season that a playoff run for this team could be in the cards come next year.
.
