D+. player. 57. . 6-10. 4th NFC North. Chicago Bears

After their struggles and failures in the 2014 season, there really felt like there was nowhere to go but up for the Chicago Bears coming into the 2015 regular season. However, when their top draft pick from 2015 in wide receiver Kevin White was ruled out for the first half of the season before the year even began, one had to wonder if it was just going to be more of the same in Chicago this season.

Strictly in terms of wins and losses, the 2015 season wasn’t too much better than last year. They finished the year at 6-10 and finished in last place in an admittedly tough NFC North. However dumb this may sound, though, the Bears were an admirable 6-10 on the season rather than a disappointment. For one, Adam Gase absolutely made something out of nothing on a number of occasions with the Bears offense as he had Jay Cutler and company looking productive even when the company was severely decimated by injuries.

Moreover, head coach John Fox had the defense that was one of the worst in the league last season at least looking respectable on most Sundays. Make no mistake; the Bears weren’t a great football team in the 2015 regular season. However, they were much more promising in their defeat and last place finish in the division than they would’ve been last season.
