High Salary PF

Draymond Green-Golden State Warriors (10,100): Green has been amazing lately with three straight triple-doubles and at least 55 fantasy points in each of those contests and five of his last nine overall.  He has had to play crazy-huge minutes though with 38, 44, and 37 in his last three games, and he’s been carrying the Warriors almost by himself while Steph Curry has been sidelined.  While I’m all aboard the Draymond-train, I’m a little skittish tonight because I think the game will be a blowout and he’ll get rest meaning probably a less-than-full-value return. He’s impossible to ignore, but also a little risky to pay over 10K for unless you think the Lakers can make tonight’s game close. ∗∗

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (10,000): Boogie had a bananas game last night in Oklahoma City pouring in 33 points to go with 19 boards and two blocks on his way to 64.3 fantasy points. He has at least 48 fantasy points in five of his last seven games and at least 40 in nine of his last ten with the one exception being a game he was ejected from.  The concerns with Cousins is that he is playing the second of back-t0-back games, and Dallas has defended opposing bigs fairly well with Zaza Pachulia and company up front. Cousins always has the potential to go off either with a huge game or an epic explosion that results in ejection.  He had 31 points, nine boards, six assists, and a block against the Mavs when the two teams met earlier this season, and I think he’s set up for another monster game if he can overcome any fatigue issues. ∗∗

Paul Millsap-Atlanta Hawks (8,100): Millsap has been playing extremely well for Atlanta lately with at least 45 fantasy points in four straight games.  He managed 47.25 fantasy points on Sunday even though he only played 27 minutes scoring 19 points to go with nine rebounds, six assists, and five steals.  He should get even more run if the Hawks can make tonight’s game more competitive, and I think there’s a good chance he ends up as the best value at PF partly since he’s so much cheaper than Boogie and Draymond. ∗∗∗
