High Salary PF

Draymond Green-Golden State Warriors (9,700): Green has been amazing lately with three straight triple-doubles and at least 50 fantasy points in each of those contests and five of his last nine overall.  He has had to play crazy-huge minutes though with 38, 44, and 37 in his last three games, and he’s been carrying the Warriors almost by himself while Steph Curry has been sidelined.  While I’m all aboard the Dray-train, I’m hesitant tonight because I think the game will be a blowout and he’ll get rest meaning probably a less-than-full-value return. He’s impossible to ignore, but also a little risky to roll with unless you think the Lakers can make tonight’s game close. ∗∗

Paul Millsap-Atlanta Hawks (8,700): Millsap has been playing extremely well for Atlanta lately with at least 40 fantasy points in four straight games.  He managed 44.8 fantasy points on Sunday even though he only played 27 minutes scoring 19 points to go with nine rebounds, six assists, and five steals.  He should get even more run if the Hawks can make tonight’s game more competitive, and I think there’s a good chance he out-plays and out-scores Draymond tonight just based on the situation they’ll find themselves in. ∗∗∗

Pau Gasol-Chicago Bulls (8,700): There are actually lots of good options at PF tonight including Gasol who is coming offa  big game in Toronto when he totaled 49.6 fantasy points on 19 points, 13 boards, six assists, and four blocks.  He has multiple blocks in each of his last nine games while scoring at least 17 points in seven of his last eight and finishing with nine rebounds or more in seven of his last nine.  Gasol is almost a sure thing for 40 fantasy points especially tonight against the Bucks who allow the fifth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PF. ∗∗∗∗
