High Salary RW

Patrick Kane – Chicago Blackhawks ($9,400): Kane is on a roll once again. He has two three point outings during his current three game point streak and 12 points in his last ten games. He has at least 4.5 fantasy points in each of his last three games. He has 57 points on the season and looks like he could run away with the Art Ross Trophy. He averages 5.6 fantasy hockey points per game.

Brandon Saad – Columbus Blue Jackets ($7,200): Saad quietly has a seven game point streak. He has 11 points and three multi-point outings during that span. He also has 30 shots on goal in his last seven games. He has 29 points in 39 games this season. He averages 3.3 fantasy points per game.

Nikita Kucherov – Tampa Bay Lightning ($6,900): Speaking of guys who are on point streaks, Kucherov might be having one of the quietest eight game point streaks in recent memory. He has 12 points and 19 shots on goal during the point streak and 13 points in his last ten games. He has 30 points in 39 games so far this season. I like him tonight against the Calgary Flames, who struggle defensively. He averages 3.2 fantasy points per game.

Nick Foligno – Columbus Blue Jackets ($6,300): Another guy on a huge point streak. Foligno has a six game point streak going, during which he has eight points and 14 shots on goal. He has 23 points in 37 games so far this season and averages 2.4 fantasy points per game.

High Value RW

Brendan Gallagher – Montreal Canadiens ($5,600): Gallagher is back and the Canadiens are loving it. He has 21 points in 23 games this season. He’s one of their best players. Not only is he incredibly productive, the team tends to take on his pitbull mentality. He’s small, but he will stand up to anyone (including Zdeno Chara). He has eleven points in his last ten games. He averages 4.1 fantasy hockey points per game.

Reilly Smith – Florida Panthers ($4,000): I love Reilly as a huge value pick tonight. If you want to maximize your lineup, you have to master the art of picking the guys who cost around $4,000. He has six points and 27 shots on goal during the Panthers nine game win streak and has six points in 11 career games against the Sabres. He averages 2.6 fantasy points per game.
