The Best Highlights of Week 10

Chris Paul dunked … twice

In Blake Griffin’s absence, Paul keeps stepping up.

Timofey Mozgov dunks all over Nikola Vucevic

Sometimes, Mozgov can do a little more than just defend the paint.

Jimmy Butler tips in a game-winning alley-oop

Jimmy Butler barely managed to elevate over Paul George, but as Pau Gasol put up a skyhook, alley-oop pass, Butler soared just high enough to make the one-handed tip-in to defeat the Pacers 102-100 in overtime.

This could be the most ridiculous alley-oop you’ll ever see

Tim Frazier caught an air-balled three, threw it over the backboard while in mid-air, and Noah Vonleh rose up between two defenders to throw it down. You’ll be hard pressed to think of a crazier alley-oop play than this one.

Should Russell Westbrook be the new NBA logo?

No, the logo probably won’t be changing any time soon, but the silhouette of Westbrook soaring through the air with his legs flared back would be a pretty nice replacement.

DeAndre Jordan wouldn’t stop dunking against the 76ers

As he dunked his way to 22 points as the Clippers defeated the 76ers, Jordan threw down some pretty monstrous dunks.

Jimmy Butler scores 40 points… in the second half alone

After scoring just two points in the first half against the Toronto Raptors on January 3, Butler went off for 40 in the final two quarters. He was so good that he broke Michael Jordan’s single half scoring record of 39, and breaking an MJ record isn’t something that many players can say.

Draymond Green with another triple double

With 29 points, 17 rebounds and 14 assists against the Nuggets, Green continues to do things power forwards aren’t meant to do.

Next, it’s time to look at a few of the NBA’s top rookies, including Bobby Portis.
